That's right!  We will offer to you, a no extra cost lay-away program to fit anyone's budget. We know what it's like when you want something, but you can't have it due to whatever reasons life has thrown at you. At MADShears we believe everyone should have the opportunity to have anything you want. When you see that pair of MADShears you want in a MAD way, then contacts us! You do not need to meet any certain criteria to qualify, you just have to contact us to set up your lay-away today.
We will set up a payment structure that works for you. There are NO EXTRA FEE's for this type of transaction. It just simply allows you to buy those shears that you want in a timely manner with no credit and no hassels! No one else offers this service and we are proud to be the first!

MADShears is happy to announce we are adding a Lay-Away program. Can't afford those special shears you want? You now have the option to take up to Six months (180 Days) to pay for them in Lay-away installments. Just contact us and we can set it up for you. The Lay-aways can be arranged from Two to Six months (60-180 days) and you can pay securely through Paypal, by check, money order or cash (suggested only for local folks). If you are buying merchandise on layaway, we will order your layaway item when you have paid half of the total purchase price. Once the final payment is received, we will ship them (or deliver in person for local folks) that same or next business day.
No Lay-away fees apply, and it is as good as credit without a credit check! We handle every order ourselves, so we can always keep up with your special order.

SERVICE OR LAY-AWAY CHARGES:
None. There will be no handling or processing charges in connection with the set-up or maintenance of your Lay-Away Agreements.

LAY-AWAY PURCHASING:
If you are buying merchandise on layaway, we will order or set away your layaway item/s when you have paid half of the purchase price, including applicable taxes, and shipping charges. You must contact us to set up your initial Lay-away plan and agreement. You will be issued a customer number that will allow you to make payments whenever and however you wish.

PAYMENT PLANS & TO MAKE PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made as frequently as you like, but, in order to keep your MADShears Lay-Away Agreement in current standing a payment must be made at least every 30 days to be applied against the total price of the Lay-Away, calculated from the date of the initial Lay-Away set-up.
These payments can be made either online by using MADShears SSL (Secure Layer Sockets) through Paypal, or by snail mail at MADShears, 324 Turner Rd., Lexington, NC 27292.  Lay-Away Agreements require a minimum initial deposit of  approximately 20% of the total price, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, included in the total purchase price.

For Example:

You want a MADShear that cost $100.00 your initial payment = $20.00

$150.00 = $30.00

$175.00 = $35.00

$200.00 = $40.00

$225.00 = $45.00

$250.00 = $50.00

$275.00 = $55.00

$300.00 = $60.00

REQUIREMENTS:
All MADShears Lay-Away Agreements require that a minimum payment be made at least every 30 days to be applied against the total price of the Lay-Away, calculated from the date of the initial Lay-Away set-up and receipt of the first 20% down payment. You must contact us to set up your initial Lay-away plan and agreement.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us by phone: 336-510-9278 or by e-mail at Sharp@MADShears.com At this time we will issue you an authorization number. Without the authorization number NO cancellations or store credits will be issued. If we do not receive your final payment by the time "final payment due" date, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date (and we will work with you). We strongly encourage you to contact us if you are having problems in making payments, so we may assist you. We will work with you in any way we can as long as you act in good faith. In the event of cancellation, we will credit all money, less a cancellation charge of $20.00 towards a future purchase on any MADShears product or service.
