You can call us and place your order anytime from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm EST on almost any day, If you roll over to our voice-mail, please leave us a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. Payments Through Our Safe, Fast, Secure and Easy Paypal Pro Virtual Terminal Does Not Require That You Create an Account With Our Site, Paypal, or GOOGLE.

If you prefer to not pay by creating a GOOGLE or Paypal Account, Simply Click on the first Credit Card Acceptance Logo. Our Fast and Easy Virtual Terminal is through Paypal Pro but it does not require that you sign up for ANY accounts.  The Virtual Terminal Option is a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Method of Safe Payment Via the Internet.  We Also Use "Capture" Letters to Ensure Your Online Shopping is Safe.  Rest Assured All Payments Are Safe on MADShears.com. and you DO NOT have to Create an account with anyone, even us!

Ordering by Mail:

If you prefer to order through our store and send your payment in via snail mail you may send a money order or personal check to MADShears. When placing your order please note colors/sizes and any other options available, shipping charges and mail payment to MADShears, 324 Turner Road, Lexington, NC 27292.  MADShears reserves the right to hold shipment of goods until personal checks have cleared. 

Shipping & Handling:

Ordering through MADShears Regular shipping is $8.95 (USA) on all product orders unless otherwise specified.   We do not inflate shipping and handling. With Priority Shipping, most orders take about 4-7 days to arrive, however this time frame is NOT guaranteed.  Every once in a while delivery of goods may be delayed due to circimstances beyond our control.  These circumstances include but are not limited to:  Acts Of God, Acts of Terrorism, Customs Delays, Natural Disasters, Items Out of Stock, and Delayed Shipping to MADShears of Out of Stock Products . 

Should you need your order by a certain date, we urge you to upgrade to a faster shipping method.  Faster methods of shipping are available for an additional fee.  All orders are shipped out expediously. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day (excludes weekends & some holidays) Please indicate the product you are purchasing, or layaway invoice number, you are sending payment for. Please understand, if you pay with personal check via mail, we are unable to ship your purchase until such check has cleared. Our Virtual Pay Terminal, Paypal and Google electronic checks are an easy and quick way to pay with your debit or check cards and using their service assures you that we ship your purchase as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship internationally.  Please contact us, and we will arrange international shipping to your home country.

I want to place my order with you over the phone.  Can I do that?

Certainly!  Our professional and knowlegable staff will be more than happy to take your order over the phone.  If you are calling long distance, please let us know.  We will be happy to call you back. We take calls from 9:30am to 10:00pm EST, Seven days a week.

I want to order but I do not want to sign up or register for anything.  Do I have to register to buy? 

Absolutely not. We do not require that you sign up for anything or register.  We only use the information that you send us about yourself when you have placed an order to let you know that we have recieved your order, processed your order, and to make sure you are happy with your order.  We will only send you other information, if you request it or if you register for special promotions or MADShears News & Gossip.  We hate spam too!

Will you share my personal information with anyone else?

No, No, No, We do not share your information with anyone.

Is it safe to pay online with my debit card or my credit card?

I want a shear that I don't see on your website and your prices are good, could you get that shear for me? 

More than likely we can get it for you, and get it for you at a MAD price!

I am interested in the Kenchii Charmer's.  Can I change the stones in them to what I want or can I design my own shears.  I would like to design a shear that looks like a guitar!  Can I do that? 

Yes, You can change the stones in the CHARMER Collection and even add more stones if you wish.  Guitar?  Yes, you can design your own shear to look like a guitar and we think that would ROCK!  Just remember, you must consult with us to design your own CHARMER or change stones, add stones and your imagination is the only limit.

Are your shears knock-offs or the real brands you advertise because I see your prices are lower than other websites? 

We are Authorized Distributors of all the shears, scissors, cases, holsters, EVERY Hair Cutting Item on our site and then some. We maintain and add new products to our website ourselves. This cuts our overhead and allows us to offer special discounted prices on many of the products you see. 

Can you come out to my cosmetology school XXXXXXXXXXXX in NC ? 

Yes, we would be happy to come. Thank you for the invitation.  We have a special class just for cosmetologist schools, barber schools,professional grooming schools and even salons to aid you in understanding your shears, what you should know about metals used in shears, how to care for them, ergonomics, and much, much more to aid you in chosing the right shear for your new career!
