Ordering by Mail:        

If you prefer to order through our store and send your payment in via snail mail you may send a money order or personal check to MADShears. When placing your order please note colors/sizes and any other options available, shipping charges and mail payment to MADShears, 324 Turner Road, Lexington, NC 27292.  MADShears reserves the right to hold shipment of goods until personal checks have cleared. 

Ordering through MADShears Regular shipping is $8.95 (USA) on all product orders.   We do not inflate shipping and handling. With standard shipping, most orders take about 4-7 days to arrive, however this time frame is NOT guaranteed.  Every once in a while delivery of goods may be delayed due to circimstances beyond our control.  These circumstances include but are not limited to:  Acts Of God, Acts of Terrorism, Customs Delays, Natural Disasters, Item Out of Stock,  and Delayed Shipping to MADShears.  Should you need your order by a certain date, we urge you to upgrade to a faster shipping method.  Faster methods of shipping are available for an additional fee.  All orders are shipped out expediously. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day (excludes weekends & some holidays. Please indicate the product you are purchasing, or layaway invoice number, you are sending payment for. Please understand, if you pay with personal check via mail, we are unable to ship your purchase until such check has cleared. Paypal, Paypal Professional Merchant Services and Google electronic payments are an easy and quick way to pay. Using their service assures you that we ship your purchase as soon as possinble.   We ship internationally as well.  Please contact us for pricing.
  

Return Policy:  

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must not be damaged, show signs of excessive wear or abuse, and must be returned with the original packing and ALL FREE merchandise or premiums. You must email MADShears prior to returning.  This allows MADShears to provide return instructions and a return authorization number. All returns are subject up to a 15 % restocking fee at MADShears discretion. All orders MUST be shipped back within 30 days of purchase in order for MADShears to issue a refund or exchange. NO RETURNS will be accepted without an authorization number. Please note: Customers will pay shipping back to MADShears and are responsible for insuring any returns.  MADShears is NOT responsible for the safety of your return.  We suggest that you insure the return and require signiture confirmation on all returns for your own safety. Every product to every customer we send is insured, confirmed, and requires signiture confirmation unless otherwise stated.  MADShears is not responsible for returns lost during shipping. 

Please don't embarrass us and yourself by sending back damaged or used and abused merchandise. Would you take dirty worn underwear back to a department store? Ok Then! :)  We think of our customers as our friends and we wish to keep it that way! Thanks!
